“That’s true.” Colonello always found ways to find Lal. Even when she was busy in CEDEF while he hid himself at Mafialand so neither of them had been able to see each other for a good while, he was somehow still able to find out how she was doing without having Hito physically stalk her.

Not that he had minded the distance so much. He was glad as long as she was still alive, as he would only have himself to blame for pulling a stupid stunt that might have caused her death. And also the fact that she is working with people, while Colonello is the one who works alone most of the time on the training grounds.

It made him miss her sometimes.

But here she is, asking him on a date. For a time to spend with each other.

He beams at her reaction to his positive response. That had been cute — “What kind of guy would he be if he would not accept a request from a beautiful woman?” he asked rhetorically. Albeit behaving like a demon at times?

“Then let’s do tomorrow, kora.” He has work, but he could make time. A phone call is all that is needed. “We could have dinner, or take a walk in the park — anything you like. I’m good with anything.” He is not particularly picky. “So what time do you want to meet?”

 —— ;; Him beaming at her told her just how happy
he was on the fact that they were now going to go out
on a date. A date. In any other situation then this she
would of thought going on a date would be ridiculous
yet, she had offered it to him, and he had accepted.
Still odd, but she supposed it would pass.. maybe.

     ” A shameless newbie ? “.

Was what Lal had offered to his way too smooth of a
response to her comment about not thinking he would agree.
However when he agreed to the time being tomorrow she nodded
in agreement. She had the full day off luckily enough so it was
a better day to test out a date with this blond. When Colonello
started going off with ideas on what they could do she looked
a bit thoughtful. She honestly hadn’t thought of anything they
could do on a date.

As a date usually was out of the question for her, so she had
no idea what someone did anymore. ( and any dating she had
done before was so long ago she was out of the habit of it ).
Though dinner and a walk in the park sounded nice, like nice
enough that she honestly didn’t see any issue with the idea.

    ” I like that. Let’s do a dinner and a walk in the park “.

She stated with a nod. It wasn’t too romantic like, right? She
hoped not, well enough that it wouldn’t bring either of them
too much embarrassment. Now all that was left was a time
on where they should meet, and they could part ways. 

    ” How about we meet at the part for 4pm? Gives us time
to walk to dinner “.

Lal suggested, if he wanted to. She wasn’t going to not let him
make a suggestion. Unless he liked her idea.</sub>

<sub>The next day came far too quick for Lal’s liking as she stared
at herself in the mirror. The outfit he was wearing was… new.
But also at the same time something that she never really wore.
Yet she was wearing such an outfit, as per suggestion of Oregano. 
Speaking of oregano, she was currently on the phone with said
woman.

   ” Do you reall– “.

Oregano cut Lal off to answer, ” Lal Mirch, It’ll be okay. What I
suggested to you to wear will be fine. He’ll like it, trust me. Now
go or you will be late “.

Lal frowned a bit hearing Oregano’s words. She wasn’t going to ask
how Oregano knew he would, but she was thankful to the woman for
giving her this pep talk of sorts. She.. needed it. ” Thank you". She
stated before pulling the phone down and putting it in her side bag.

Well, she was going to let her hair down, not that she had anything to
do anything to it even if she did want to style it. So she merely headed
out of her place and started walking her way towards the meeting spot. It
didn’t take her that long to get to the spot they agreed to meet. And as it
looked so far she was the first one there. Good. It gave her time to try
and calm the nerves that seemed to bubble up in her stomach now that
the idea of a date was now – real.</sub>
