Colonello is slowly rising to his feet, patting himself down and checking his wallet in case the menaces nicked anything off him — dammit, some Euros gone. Figured.

And her answer caught him off-guard.

Well, it was supposed to be a surprise — it had been a surprise to himself too, like if anything, it is like getting her as his Christmas present too — except he was the one tied up (without a bow, thankfully).

Her question though — what does that mean?

“If so…I’m happy too, kora.” Happy that he is her Christmas present — if that is what she meant by asking. “That means you can use me however you like for Christmas, I guess?” In a good way, he means…!

That.. she was a bit surprised about. As surely
she expected him to be upset about the situation
yet he just seemed to accept it and was okay with
it. Did they hit his head too hard?

She stated, hoping to clear up how she meant that. But his
answer was something she was happy to hear, despite being
confused about it as well. The whole ’ agreeing to it ’ part.
Though his next words made her cheeks tinge a bit more.
She could use him however she liked? w - woah there.

     ” Did you hit your head too hard? “.

Was her first question before adding.

     ” I promise I won’t use you too badly. I…
well, I just — you can keep me company then.
For as long as you think I need it“.

Lal stated, knowing that if she set the rule to that she
would end up probably shooing him away too soon for
him to actually be there for company. Despite the fact
that she wanted to do more, she held herself back.</sub>
