promptly dumps her attempt at cooking in the trash
then goes on to lecture her in a way.

Was Lal’s response as she looked at him dead on. If he
wanted her out of the way, she’d move. But he had to at
least stop yapping about stuff she didn’t care about and
actually teach her how to make it. Not that she hadn’t
thought that her attempt hadn’t been bad. Oh no — well
looking at it’s remains in the trash told her that maybe
